Post Purchase Support FAQs

Your New Home Questions Answered

Your relationship with Fischer Homes doesn’t end when you move in — it’s just the beginning. Our Warranty & Support FAQs outline the coverage you receive, how to submit service requests, and the homeowner resources available to help you care for your new home.

Every Fischer Home is backed by a comprehensive warranty program designed to provide peace of mind after closing. Coverage includes:
  • 1-Year Limited Warranty – coverage for warrantable workmanship and material items.
  • Manufacturer Warranties – applicable manufacturer warranties on certain products and systems installed in the home.
  • Structural Warranty Coverage – insurer-backed structural warranty coverage administered through Residential Warranty Company (RWC). Structural warranty terms and durations vary by division and warranty program.
Please refer to your Homeowner Portal and warranty documentation for the specific terms, conditions, and duration of coverage applicable to your home.
